If you are an educational institution requesting records,please do so via the Student Records Request form (if you are a parent, you can request and emailed copy of reports cards only). Thank you.
Please utilize our forms below (in alphabetical order) for all correspondence with our staff (per our policy, we are not required to respond to emails sent directly to us nor can be guarantee a response due to the volume of emails we get each day). We appreciate you utilizing these forms in our parent portal to ensure that your inquiry is addressed in the most efficient way possible. Please note that forms can "misbehave" on tablets and phones. Additionally, these forms don't save your progress so please allow time for each form.
IMPORTANT-WE ARE CLOSED DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMES: Spring Break, Good Friday, the last week in May, the entire month of JULY, the first two weeks in August, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Break, staff work days, all major holidays and inclement weather. We will not respond during the above listed time frames and our 5 business day window starts when we return to the office.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you are interested in admissions, you must fill out our Student Admission Interest form to be considered for admission at our school (see above). Please do not show up without an appointment or call us, we are busy working with our students. Once you complete the form above, we will call you at our earliest availability noting the following:

Noting this, Ocala Preparatory Academy does not adhere to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Ocala Preparatory Academy does work with Marion County Public Schools that offers services to parentally placed private school students with disabilities through a Service Plan.
